Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of NayiHaat — online storefronts, invoicing and order tools for Indian sellers. By using NayiHaat you agree to them.
What NayiHaat is
NayiHaat provides the storefront, invoicing and order tools. Merchants operate their own stores and are the sellers of the products and services listed on them. NayiHaat is not a party to any sale between a merchant and a buyer.
Who can use NayiHaat
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a business in India. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for the team members you add to your account.
Pricing
The core NayiHaat service is free. A paid Growth plan, priced at ₹499 per month, may be offered for extra features. NayiHaat charges no commission on your sales, on any plan. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. If we change prices, we will give you 30 days' notice. The free plan includes up to 15 products and ₹5,000 in orders a month; the current limits are always shown on our pricing page.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay, under your own Razorpay account and Razorpay's own terms. Settlements go straight to your bank account — NayiHaat does not hold your funds. Refunds and cancellations are between you and your buyer, under your store's own published policies.
Merchant responsibilities
As a merchant, you agree to comply with Indian law that applies to your business, including GST, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, and the Legal Metrology Act. You agree to keep your listings and prices accurate, honour the policies you publish, protect your customers' data, and only use a custom domain and content you own or are authorised to use.
Acceptable use
What you may sell and how you may use NayiHaat is covered by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may hide a listing pending review, remove a listing, or suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
Your content
You keep ownership of your product listings, images and other content. You grant NayiHaat a licence to host, display and transmit it in order to operate the service, including any feeds you choose to enable, such as Google Shopping, the Meta catalogue, or llms.txt.
Availability
NayiHaat is provided "as is", with no guaranteed uptime. We may change or discontinue features, and where practical we will give notice before we do. We recommend you back up your data; an export is available on request.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, NayiHaat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify NayiHaat against claims arising from your store, your products or your content.
Ending your account
You may close your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breaking these terms. Once your store is closed, we delete your data after a grace period, except records we must keep under tax law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use NayiHaat after that means you accept the change.
